TISAK is the biggest media and tobacco products distributor in the country. TISAK is a part of the group Agrokor, the biggest company in Croatia and the 19th company with the highest revenue in the Central and South-East Europe.
About solution:
The industry specific solution IS-Retail was implemented in Croatian company TISAK in the 2010.
Our consultants joined the international project team in the last phases of the project. They took care about areas: Retail processes in purchasing and in logistic generally, automatized replenishment of stock in kiosks and MRP in DC’s. The time phased replenishment method with dynamic target stock and dynamic safety stock calculation based on real consumption was used for calculation. Further, forecast – testing and selection of appropriate model, material master management, assortment management, data migration, defining of processes for opening and closing of sites, creating of new articles, etc.
